| Homemax Company Limited (HCL) is a start-up company registered in Ghana under the Companies Code, 1963 Act (179). It is the mission of HCL to provide real estate services to the middle income class in and around the Greater Accra and Central regions. The Company HCL is a limited liability company and has Mr. Alex Osei and Miss. Yan Zhu Ying as the share holders The company plans to be leveraged through private equity investment and a limited number of loans. The company expects to begin offering its services in 2011. The company's main clients will be the middle income class couples looking for a community that can offer significant services for comfort, security and that which will march their income levels. Since the share holders were once in this class of prospective clients, they know and understand this market's needs, they believe that they can appeal to such clients far more than most other competitors. |
